  • Remake with the shape of a plaquette of the medal created by Bartholomé to commemorate the groundbreaking, on September 6, 1919, of the Monument of French Gratitude (Monument de la Reconnaissance française) at the Pointe de Grave, Gironde.
    In 1920, Bartholomé commissioned the Manufacture nationale de Sèvres a biscuit version of the plaquette. Several copies are known:
